  • Its crazy that my 2.3l ranger did the 1/4 in 17.91. And his 3.0l v6 Ranger did 17.84

  • was your buddy taking a nap at the tree

  • @bsoz1981 yup! it was his first time down a race track.

  • I would like take any one on in my ford ranger I'll smash on all of you

  • now ive done some more research and found that if you can drill out the holes on the throttle position sensor so they are now slots so you can turn the sensor left or right will affect timing and fuel mixture. it may idle crappy or choppy, but it WILL make your vehicle haul ass even more! 2k rpm + makes maximum power but the transmissions were weak. if you can have a shift kit installed in your transmission, it will help drastically. slipping will lead to failure.....

  • wow....thats slow! i have a 94 eddie bauer ford explorer that really hauls ass.

i dont know what the previous owner did to it cause blowing away an older dodge hemi pickup feels good. explorer motors are strong and reliable. everything looks pretty much stock. hmmm... didnt sound like you hammered it cause you would probably be leaving 10 - 12ft of rubber. try harder next time ;)

  • i've got to take it down the track again. transmission was skipping from 2nd to 4th gear during this run
