You can either use a remote desktop connection to control the applications (i.e. Reason) on your desktop; OR you can also extend your desktop to the iPad to use it as a third monitor. There will be a lot less latency with the 2nd option, however sound will still come out of the desktop computers sound card and not the iPad. Currently there is no way to install Reason on the iPad.
i think reason is streamed , to the ipad ......as someone said with "logmein" for an example , but i doubt , ok ! ok ! it's possible to SEE reason on the ipad ,
but you will have a lot of latency when you will play drum for exemple !!! under 10 milli second of latency it will sound confused !
He is using an app "like go to my pc" or something, because 1 he has a courser, 2 If you look close it looks like he is running windows 7, and 3 It would take more power than the ipad has to run it.

Yeah it looks like an app called, "GotoMy PC" I haven't looked into it. May require jailbreaking the ipad. for more info.
