When will people get it through their heads, these things (Korean, Indian, Malaysian, Chinese etc) cars depreciate so much and so fast, it's false economy. You ARE paying more than you would for a proper car. It's simple maths people.
Umm... I'm sorry, 10900 dollars for that car? Even if the Chinese were able to make a better quality car than the Germans for the same price, people would not buy it because it is Made in China. I have no doubt that the Chinese will be able to catch up as the other countries in few years, but there is no "prestige" or "passion" in them. Unless they sell cars that are half the price of other competitors, they will not be successful. After all, it is Made in China.

Just several decades ago, Japanese and Korean cars were described as "fake Germany car" "Fake American car" or simply crap. It won't be easy for China to catch up. China did not have lots of experiences in building cars, and as a matter of fact most Chinese won't buy a low-quality Chinese car. But Chinese car maker certainly has lots of potential, Chinese can build reliable rockets, manned spacecarft, they cannot make high-quality cars？
@Everdistinct But all the technology chna makes are copies, for example chinese fighter aircraft and rockets are copies of russian technology, China actually bought a sukhoi licence to build and then cancelled after they copied the designed and a year later released their plane that looked exactly the same.

However, it is so common that people copy from each other, even US and Russian keep stealing technologies, the most important thing here is you just cannot rely on stealing things, you should make something new based on previous tech. I would say this is a process of learning, you learn how to copy first, and then you learn how to create new things.

I am tired of the crappy transmission (sync start to failed at 70k, never had this problem on other cars) and the ghostly reflection of the console.
