I don't mean to sound offensive, but "Jimmy" is (was) a big deal. He was so good as a coach, and with the players he scouted, drafted etc,,, that Barry Switzer was able to come in and win a Super with Jimmy Johnson's leftovers.  Till this day, Jerry Jones biggest mistake was not swallowing his pride and leaving Jimmy Johnson alone. Just 'cause he cuts the checks doesn't mean he knew or knows how to coach.
