@habbostrand No he wasn't, the fact that you said that shows your total ignorance of the country. We once has a country that was more intelligent and stronger than any other European country. Hoxha was a great leader until his absolute conviction of Socialism got the better of him and chose to isolate the country. If Hoxha had died before he isolated Albania from the world, he would be remembered as one of the key Albanian heroes of our history. Instead, many people look at him as a tyrant.

@habbostrand What he did to the country was great until he chose to break ties with everyone and declare Albania a pure socialist country isolated from the world. He should not have done that, regardless of his problems with China, it was not proper to isolate the country for his own egoism. The best thing to happen to Albania was Gjergj Kastrioti and Lek Dukagjin.
