I own the eee pc 900 - the xp version and Im pretty sure itll struggle... It struggles on google Earth and the xp version is a upgraded version from the linux version. However goodluck and getting yours working.
I love this software. The stellarium has taught me so much about the star's planet's and nebulas that i see just about every night but never really noticed before. I highly recommend downloading it. Im even thinking about buying a telescope now...lol

Is the download safe on Stellarium's website. Whenever I go to download it it says this type of film may harm your computer...

Yes - it's safe. You always get that message when you attempt to download an.exe file.

I like how you can use other vantage points in the solar system. It's the only way you can view Jupiter from Io without being vaporized
