Covering "Across the Great Divide" is quite a challenge. In addition to Kate Wolf's original, there are so many excellent (and not so excellent) versions out there that it is difficult to add anything new, but you have done so with a really nuanced interpretation. Congratulations.

I've been down in the basement, feeding a woodstove with those "bits of faded paper"--one by one--letters, report cards, resumes, registrations on cars I no longer own--shifting gears in many ways. This song really hits the harmonics with me! A fave for sure!

Indeed Bob....I am coming full circle to where I began oh so many years ago. It is a trip and a struggle, but hopefully it will be worth it.
