trust me, rollerblading is better because it is for all ages. and yes i have tried to longboard. heck ya i think its awesome, but its so hard. these guys u see here are pros. for all u wanna b's, dont try this anywhere or you will bite pavement.if i had a choice to be a pro at one of these i would definitely pick longboarding, but when you get into reality, the best road to take is to rollerblade.

No man, you just keep your front foot straight (yeah, you do have a front foot in a way), and you drag your other foot behind you, 90° to the road and use your wheels as brakes. @TheKingchris9 Yes, very, very much. When I'm on my skates, I almost have to lock my legs and knees to keep my skates straight. I was skating down a mountain in Tn, and the scariest part was turning those hairpin turns at 50+ mph, my skates did not want to turn. Wobble too much at those speeds, loose control, hope ya got good health insurrance. ;)

I've done both (on slightly shorter hills), and trust me rollerblading is much scarier than longboarding. With boards you have so much more control, and you can slowly stop if you want to. It's so hard to stop bombing a hill on skates.

i played hockey for 11 years and rollerblading is even easier then ice hockey. going down a hill on blades especially special made ones that are land speed skates like he's using is def not as scary. the guys that bomb hills on long boards in tshirts and shorts got balls. you have to ride down them with loose trucks and thats sketchy. i skate street and im scared of bombing hills. so i give them credit.

When they get speed wobbles what happens is that both their ankles shake from side to side and it's the scariest thing ever to witness when you're right behind them. much respect though because he got it back under control.
