Probably because they just grow up seeing people all over him, so they've gotten used to it; and they have different lifestyle. I heard they don't even listen to Michael's songs in their home. I heard they always play classical music. I bet they don't even know who Miley Cyrus, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, etc. So they probably thought seeing people all over Michael is just a part of their dad's job, but didn't really know the real meaning of his stardom. :-)
