The problem is that he looks at the world in a negative way. Would you just recommend to still work with him on this project and perhaps it will lead to prosperity or am I just fooling myself into believing that it will. It kinda sounds like money is the same thing as wealth. But money is NOT wealth, right? Just a tool to get wealth. "Real" wealth is knowledge, love, health, relationships, spiritual development and so on. Don't forget that!

One thing I would add though, is the ability to influence people's attitudes is always another possibility (albeit a more difficult one). Just like most of us have grown greatly from meeting, listening, or reading from other people, we can also inspire the people around us to live a happier, better life.

There's a song that says "I lost the friends that needed losing" - I just recently 'lost' a precious family member after they became toxic and vitriolic and I realized I was allowing them to negatively impact my personal and professional life. Now that I'm practicing loving detachment, without that pervasive negativity, everything is taking a 180 degree change for the better. Always so grateful for you and your message!

One's income is not the average of the people you spend the most time around as a rule nor is one's income a good measure of a person's success/failure in life. The most important thing I think is to be yourself in any given situation and eccentuate what you are the best at instead of trying to be someone you are not.
I don't think Bill Gates, Jobs nor someone like Oprah were people who spent much time (if any) reading about other people, because they didn't want to be "like" someone, they wanted to pursue thier own dreams and be who they really are by eccentuating their strengths and pusuing what they love.

@ContactHigh45 From personal experience, I found the negative people will either try to get you to think like them and if you don't you become socially excluded.Since, Negative people socially exclude me, I end up hanging around positive people.Now, I tend to socialise with wealthy people because they don't have an issue that I wear Swiss watches, drive a Mercedes and a Volvo. They encourage me to be wealthy and give me good ideas.They tell me about their business and I like to listen.

Randy - hi, say: may you give an advice on this pls.? I have a nephew who´s 16y. and actually quit attending school classes and learning. both his grandparents dropped out of school in 8th grade, so maybe he got some old programming in his genes (my personal guess). he still goes to school but inside he quit, he wants "freedom". he will crash his life earlier than his dad did which is "good". Now: do you know something I (female) can "tell" him which might kick/wake him at a certain point? thx,

Hey Randy , thanks for this great video and also for the other ones you have made. I wanted to watch this video specifically because I am dealing with negative people in my life (both family and friends). I dont want to argue with them , but , i dont want to let their influences over me , because it will stop me of reaching my main goal of becoming wealthy. @ContactHigh45 From personal experience, I found the negative people will either try to get you to think like them and if you don't you become socially excluded.Since, Negative people socially exclude me, I end up hanging around positive people.Now, I tend to socialise with wealthy people because they don't have an issue that I wear Swiss watches, drive a Mercedes and a Volvo. They encourage me to be wealthy and give me good ideas.They tell me about their business and I like to listen.
