I hope when they ripped down all the hutongs, China beter filled them in with all these beautiful buildings. I know its 'fake' but better than modern buildings.

@carifyme No it costs more than in America. What a coffee costs at a starbucks in Chengdu translates to approximately US$7. And that's not the largest one.

I was really astonished to see the starbucks in such a nice place when i went there. Everything is made how you expect something anicent to look like and then BÄM there is a starbucks in the middle of it -_-
