You still have not explained why African born blacks outperform every other group in the US. They also outperform whites in the UK and their offspring do substantially better than their white peers. How is this so? Black imms are clustered in professional occupations. Many IQ test supporters, white supremacists, & social Darwinist argue that educational attainment & wealth directly correlates with high IQ. @GGLebo23 there is no ethnic correlation of iq. there is enviromental factors. but when different ethnicities, let's face it there is only one race, are faced with the same environmental conditions, they perform similarly. the africans that come to the us, or the uk, are better educated than other groups, so they do perform better. but, they are not a good representative of the crossection of african population.

There was also an IQ test that concluded that ppl who are atheist and liberal are smarter than conservatives and believers. That's bull. African immigrants have the highest lvl of educational attainment in the US with Asians right behind them. Why is the largest achievement gap in the US between two groups of the same race esp. if AA's have a median proportion of 18.5% Euro ancestry. Hispanic is not a race. They are made up of blacks, whites, Native Americans(who come 4rm E. ASIA), mestizos, & mulattoes. There is no consensus that IQ is hereditary. Nature vs. nurture is an ongoing argument w/in academia.

Underrepresented minorities also work incredibly hard. They ask questions that pertain to the real world because most of their knowledge comes from the difficult experiences they have to undergo. Also let me add that my daughter who was having a very hard time with math at one point was denied the better school of my choice simply because she is a white child She has to go to the under achieving school instead of the better school because she would not racially balance out the better school (more white children attend that school) So my kid's stuck in a shithole with gang bangers and thugs with the worst mcas scores in the state. If she was any other race no questions would be asked.

As far as I know they do receive the same education! Maybe white children work harder, study more & take school more seriously. I'm sick & tired of the race card being used. Everyone is equal and there are tons of programs & after school help for children who need it. The parent's must give up some of their time and help their children. Read Algebra, then perhaps Geometry then move to Trig and so forth and Calculus, not hard take responsibilty. It just depends on the efforts that they make to learn. You just can't learn without desire. However, there are teachers who have the experience but still do not know how to teach, For example at B.M.H.S the MCS's seniors have an over experience teacher who not even a single student likes her because of the way she teaches, as result, seniors are not getting enough out English IV which will affect them in college and those kinds of teachers become responsibles for not teaching students properly.

I don't agree with the data (will need to see the facts and understand who and why they ran these studies) that you speak of here but I still understand the goal in wanting to hear a response to this type of question. It has to start at the bottom level (early childhood and elementary) That's where first impressions are made. Children need to see earlier in life that there is value in education even if their parents do not see it that way or did not have opportunities.
