also no where near enough take off speed + high wind+ cross wind= smashed plane.everyone crashes at some point but there no need to add fuel to the fire!
to inexperienced for that type of plane. Should of got more time in on his trainer first. Plus someone experienced should of flown the plane for him to trim it out at least. Not an ideal low wing to learn on lol
Doesnt have the skill to fly this type of plane, The throws on the control surfaces look way to much for that plane, the plane simply took off too early when it hadnt gained enough speed and it tip stalled,
by the video its obvious your not that skilled for that type of plane. practice on a low wing trainer first or learn how to build and ballance your planes.
Grass needs to be cut or find a blacktop runway and calm winds for this very nice model, especially if you are inexperienced. Sometimes it's not the result that counts but the effort that counts.
The only thing this poor guy did wrong is he was trying to fly on a day with WAYYYY too much wind. It was also coming across his take off area which is why it kept crabbing badly to the right. Better to wait for a low wind day and save the plane. And yes, I fly. I have two P51s. One electric and one gas.
Is that electric or Gas like the terrorists now use? Did you know you people are supplying terrorists with conversion kits for giant leaf blower motors to fly rc large planes with explosives? You know its true...
go shove a hangrenade between your butt cheeks and dont forget to pull the pin that way you wont have to worry about model planes and the few freedoms we get to enjoy ,this guy might be in barbados anyway ,you paranoid freak
See most gas clubs say that electric doesnt have a scale sound. A gasser is not a scale sound thats 2 stroke. This electric Mustang has reciprocating sound right here. This could save a club in trouble with noise they know who they are. As you can see its not so bad this one performs.
Im just telling everyone the real story. Power guys are horrible pilots. A power plane will not teach how to get better. So you will continue in your folly.-- Instructor 20 years exp.
this hobby certainly didnt start out with them fake ass electrics im not defending this dummy apparently his mistake was not getting help probably his first plane bad choice and brain dead like you,so dont get it twisted electric dummy
I disagree with those who say he doesn't know how to fly. He would do fine if he had a decent runway and the wind was not gusting so bad. Did you see how much the plane bounced? This IS a very hard plane to T.O. & land. Cheers.
the main prob u have is lack of skill and too much money. i would gone to a flying club and bought something less expencive. was a nice P-51 now its just a bag of bits lol. hope u learn from ur mistake?!?!?!
he should of researched first and practice with 2 channel cessna first. instead of using a p51d mustang first. Ironically, my first plane was a Jap Zero. but i fared much better off then you did. i still have my zero now. but it crashed cause it jack knifed when it was landing due to a gust. jsut gota buy a new engine and fix the nose. and shes good like new.!!
Sunday pilot lol! Next time you will drive RC boat on bigs waves? LOL NextS time, get knowledges before do anything, listen another poeple than RC "dealer!"
Is this person serious? I don't think he has ever flown an RC plane before. The p-51 shown is for a well trained pilot who has much experience with a trainer and should know not to take off with a cross wind or tail wind.
the gentlemen has turned to flying kites, since this first crash my friend has had a more successful flight of about 35 seconds until he cut the throttle and loss control , by the way the runway is positioned directly into the wind.
Hes probly just afraid of hitting someone. At my old club we had 2 flight lines at 90 degrees of each other. So one pilot was always behind the flight line. By the way the AMA will not pay a dime if you hurt someone with an intentional illegal flight area. BUT..they will take your money each year. The AMA needs to go away.
Why don't you leave people alone therealstory111. It's really irritating to see the same crap on other people's videos you post on mine. If all of you want to see the same garbage, just look at my posts and see what he's going to pop in next. Funny how you can't come up with something new.. Same old garbage.
Pretty dumb trying to take off in a cross wind, if ya dont succeed twice, good lord give it up! Stepping on it takes less time to achieve the same result!
not smart, if it's windy, pack up, come back another day, you'd get to home with your plane in one piece. Even if you got it up, what about the landing?
The worst crash I ever had was from a gust of wind. It can completely face the nose straight down in no time. Here you can see the trees blowing, which is more than 9mph probably.
the wind is a factor, the plane definately needed more ground speed and the uneven runway I believe caused it to lift before it was ready..thanks for comment
Never force a high wing loading airplane at take off...classic tip stall.

I agree. Runway was wayyyy too bumpy for a good clean take-off/landing. In addition cross-winds were also not helping. But nice looking model though!
