Righties are lefties for lefties. A leftie sees the exact same thing as you, the opponent's active arm is on the same side as yours, so I don't see how they can have any advantage. Perhaps only because they get to practice with right handed fencers more, that's about it, but it can't be a very big advantage otherwise all the great champs would be lefties and that's not the case.
But i think there are more Righties so its harder for them couse the Lefties are able to train with Righties, some Righties may haevnt some lefties in his clubs?!

Left handed guys have a great advantage in fencing in my point of view. It's difficult to avoid steel contact whith them while attacking.
