he may have one of those vtec changers that set when it kicks in... sounds like it might have kicked in at 0:07... but it's really subtle and hard to tell... those vtec tuners are a waste of money unless you configure the entire ecu... or you'll just flood the engine or just lag real bad

Its really not to bad if you have a HONDATA, its pretty simple to use and if you have a 3s you can do all the Configuring your self from a laptop
