Maybe Hanneman put on pretty much weight, but he actually plays his solos correctly, unlike nowadays where he just shreds the fuck out of his guitar. I mean you can recognize his solos, but the technique is kinda...weird. But still I think Hanneman has his own style, which kicks ass. Nobody else can copy it.

I really hate to say this, but honestly, fuck Metallica. They've given us nothing except pure shit. Sell outs, completely. I do respect their first four albums of course, but I can't listen to them... They're not even thrash albums; they're really just heavy metal albums with a few thrash songs. Slayer, on the other hand, has never and will never disappoint. Reign in Blood is better than anything Metallica could even dream of. I know the shit I'm gonna get for this, I just don't care.
