  • I find this true all over the, world! Epecailly among the poorist people! Pretty amazing

  • You go butter queen! :)

  • I actually DO subscribe to a lot of the NT philosophy. But the religious adherence to WPrice's theories, even in the face of scientific evidence to the contrary are crazy making. WP got some things wrong. Crooked teeth are caused by mixing genes ethnicities, which did not happen in isolated populations, not poor nutrition. Isolated populations have refined sugar. Raw milk WAS occasionally contaminated by farmers with TB. SF should just promote the correct NT ideas, else people won't listen .

  • @rudaft

Depends upon who is touting the scientific evidence and to what agenda that scientific evidence was manufactured or contrived to support.

The proof is in the pudding. And the reality is mounting in favor of the NT philosophy.

As long as we all have the liberty to make decisions for our own health... and we do not have to worry about the NAZI gestapo aka FBI raiding our pantries and confiscating our raw milk, then to each his own.

  • longest lived people and longest without disease: Abkhazias, Hunzas, Wilcabambas, Okinawans, what do they have in common= 99% vegan, high carb intake. The countries that have the highest rate of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, MS, Osteoporosis and Arthritis are the countries with the highest meat intake. Denmark= highest red meat intake, Denmark=highest cancer rate in the world.

Finland= highest dairy intake, Finland= Highest OSteoporosis rate. Weston Price was nothing more than a dentist.

  • @KingOfKingz911

Vegetarianism / veganism is the gateway to anorexia... Or is it the other way around?

  • nice to get a healthy dose of the truth every now and again

    cheers

  • Broad, straight and white teeth are genetic, broad faces are genetic, it has nothing to do with what one eats. Isolated villages would be less likely to have diseases like tuberculosis due to lack of contact with the outside. If one lives in a cold climate you would acclimate to the cold therefore being able to tolerate the cold. Food never caused tuberculosis. All your points are moot. I'm sure they ate little sugar hence no cavities.

  • I think some of the commenters are missing a crucial point: there is a HUGE difference in eating factory-farmed "consumer product" meat and eating meat from an animal that has eaten its natural diet and been treated better than many pets. Ms. Fallon is talking about the latter type of meat.

  • Robert Atkins died after having a heart attack, Styphen Byrnes : died of a stroke, Robert Crayhon : died of colon cancer, Jim Fixx died of a heart attack at 52 and more.

They all promoted a high meat and animal product diet and low carbs diet. Look at other that promote this kind of diet, sally fallon : pale and fat, Barry Sears : fat Loren Cordain : look undernourished, Dr Mercola : undernourished and constipated, Mary G enig : fat.

I certainly wouldn't listen to those ''experts''.

  • @XNinjaSebX Get your facts straight. Look it up, Atkins died of head trauma after he fell and injured himself.

  • @XNinjaSebX Look at Mark Sisson, he promotes low carb and high fat. He's in top shape. So is his wife. And they're both over 40!

  • @MDesigner That doesn't prove anything other than you can be fit with the diet he has. His diet his not as extreme as the one promoted by some other pro-meat health ''expert'' and seems to be really diversed keep that in mind.

  • @MDesigner His wife just had an appendectomy and he sells you products that you need because they promote low carbs. The foods that give you this good nutrition have high carbs... He also is a coffee nutcase and must have it every morning. Hmm wonder if it is to unconstipate him?

  • VEGAN dont listen to this cow

  • ''The rational of this diet is not to make you healthy, it's to promote the products of commodity agriculture''

That's exactly what you're doing miss sally fallon... you're promoting the product sold by your sponsor.

Before listening to some ''health expert'' always ask yourself if that person have any business interest in you buying some product. Also look if they're healthy... if you claim to be an expert on heart disease I expect you to at least not die from it... like Stephen Byrnes...

  • I'm not saying everything she say is bullshit tho... the part on removing processed carbs is absolutely true.

  • @XNinjaSebX

Erm.......Sally Fallon is an outstanding critic of the meat and dairy industry. She supports only local, family owned farms...You know, the farms that don't have anywhere near the resources to lobby, sponsor, and pay off skilled elocutionary manipulators.

Secondly, Stephen Byrnes touted that fat doesn't cause heart disease. The evidence is in -- they two are not causally linked. Let's not play correlation = causation. If he was genetically predisposed, perhaps he couldn't stop it

  • @reddupo Sally fallon does receive alot of money from sponsor, if you believe the weston a price fondation doesn't have any sponsor just look on the bottom of their on website.

Genetic doesn't have that big of a role in heart disease. I think the saying ''genetic load the gun but lifestyle pull the trigger'' resume it well. Whatever your genetic predisposition you can reverse heart disease. A high animal product is not good for the heart even organic and grass-fed.

  • @reddupo I does agree with you tho on the fact that fat doesn't cause heart disease. Unrefined plant fats are good for the heart. Overly processed (hydrogenated, deodorized, etc...) oils and animal fats are NOT healthy and are a risk factor (not a cause but still a risk factor). Cholesterol doesn't cause much problem for most people because we simply can't absorb it only 30% of the population is sensible to it.

  • @XNinjaSebX Absolutely bogus. There is no scientific evidence that shows that animal fats are unhealthy or a risk factor for anything. Saturated fats and cholesterol do not cause heart disease.

  • @MDesigner No scientific evidence? Are you BLIND? There's COUNTLESS studies showing a link between animal products consomption and heart diseases (diabete and cancer also but that's not the question) Just look at countries like the United states, russia, sweden, germany, etc... they have the highest consomption of meat and dairy product and also the most heart disease. Just a coincidence? I don't think so. If you want to learn from heart disease... don't learn from fat people that die from it..

  • @XNinjaSebX Well, in Germany, a lot more people walk from place to place than in the US, and Germany has a high incidence of heart disease, so walking must cause heart disease. Do you see the flaw in your logic? You've fallen for the usual "correlation = causation" trap. US has high heart disease due to people eating junk food, carbs, sugar, etc., and sitting around way too much. Heart disease in the US has gone UP since the introduction of "low fat" foods.

  • @MDesigner Smokers have a higher rate of lung cancer. But I guess according to your super perfect unflawed logic this correlation doesn't mean anything right? Same thing with eating meat, people that eat meat have 50% chance of getting a heart disease, vegetarian : 7%, vegan : 4%. I guess that doesn't mean anything also? Just a coincidence huh?

  • @XNinjaSebX You miss the point entirely. The problem with the meat = death studies is that they didn't control the right variables. For instance, the most recent study that linked red meat with early death told people they could not smoke, but it didn't stop them from eating garbage like donuts, and sitting on their asses all day. Therefore, when people keeled over, the researchers assumed it was the meat. Totally flawed study, and it was debunked.

  • @MDesigner While it's true for many study on ANY subject it's not true for all studies. That's why you should look for studies that monitored many factor. Many study on vegetarianism are made on sevent day adventist because there's a higher proportion of them vegetarian and also smoking, activity level and other factors tend to be the same among them despiste de diet.

BTW any link to that particular study?

  • @ginsengpenis Google "eating red meat linked to early death" - but the problem is ,what ELSE did they eat? Sugars? Processed carbs? And what kind of red meat did they eat? Was it full of hormones and antibiotics, or pure grass-fed beef (doubtful). How much meat did they eat? Were they still eating plenty of veggies? There are just too many unknowns, the only thing they controlled was smoking. There's no guarantee these people weren't eating OTHER unhealthy foods.

  • @XNinjaSebX you dont have a clue

  • @MDesigner By the way a theory from a DENTIST based on his observation made almost a century ago... I don't consider that scientific evidence. The Weston a price fondation doesn't have any interest in promoting healthful habits, they promote animal products for financial interest. They're sponsorised by farmers.... if you don't believe me just look a their website.. it's right on the first page.

  • animal foods make you stink and people are confused because of your disinformation

  • its cruel not to post this speech in its entirety. Whats the motivation, money? profit? greed? This is critical information for all of humanity.

  • @fosponomot Posting part of this speech brings awareness... While The WAP foundation has a very important message, they also need money to bring awareness and reach out to more people.

  • @fosponomot I don't know about you, but I see Part 2 and Part 3 in the suggestions on the side.

  • @bradthompson86 The DVD is 330 minutes in length, you can watch about 30 minutes in various youtube posts.

  • @fosponomot WOW....you work for free?? I tried that but didn't have any money for food or housing. Please let us all know how you do it.

  • @fosponomot The Price-Pottenger Foundation is a non-profit group that wants to promote health. Non-profits are allowed to have income (how else would they function?), they just can't make a profit. Parts 2 and 3 are available for view on YouTube.

  • wow, the kids had healthy teeth and didn't brush their teeth!

  • I find Mc Donald's along with a healthy dose of micro wave oven does the trick

  • @thesergen lmao!

  • sally... you are great! i love you... from malaysia...

  • Anything with a SHELF LIFE will not have a SELF LIFE! If we or animals are more alive than the PRODUCTS we 'choose' to consume then we are digging our graves one folk at a time!

Ask yourself a Q: What were we consuming 10,000 years ago? If it wasn't on the Human Being menu 10K years ago, then we have a better choice to make. Great presentation Sally and superb book, sending love Magnus

  • Keep the crap (toxins) out of you such as... fast food, processed foods, SUGAR, aspartame (artificial sweetners), fried foods (trans fats), flour, table salt, enriched anything, over the counter drugs (like tylenol), prescription drugs, alcohol, etc.

think NATURE - eat WHOLE foods. mostly plant based. Fruits, veggies, Nuts & seeds. Meat if eaten should be clean. Grass feed beef, wild fish (not farmed), etc. Marijuana-Cannabis-Pot (whatever) for MEDICINE.

  • Awesome stuff! Raw milk and traditional foods are all I now eat. Can't stand to step foot in a processed food store. It's sickening.

  • I've made the same change, but occasionally eat crap food like pizza and almost immediately notice, hot feet, sleepy, tired and acid coming up.

  • Question - how exactly is pizza unhealthy? :x

  • Highly processed wheat crust and artificial cheese etc. I react to the pizza crust from certain pizza places. After eating (30-60min) I feel sluggish and very thirsty. Some of the other pizza places are not as bad as others. I am better with thin crust and absolutely fine with spelt flour thin crust. But when I was younger I could eat all the pizza I wanted with no side affects. Now I eat raw livers, beef, chicken, turkey, fish for 7 months now and feel much better after eating it.

  • Oh, ok.

    Thank you. :)

  • Sally Fallon's "Nourishing Traditions" book, based on the same info she talks about here, has become my nutrition bible. Eating real, traditional foods is the only way to go -- and it TASTES so much better. Thank you Sally!

  • enlightening

  • I seen Dr huggins who was a protege of Weston Price and he took out my Mercury Fillings and my life is the best it has ever been . . .

  • Thanks for posting this! I'm putting it on my blog today (TheSKinnyOnline) so my readers can get some GOOD answers on how to eat! awesome!

  • Your book is changing my life as well as my children's. I read up to page 43 and the next day I threw all sugar, flour and processed carbs in the bin! Replacing all with organic goods. Thanks for providing some clarity in such a confusing and dishonest area of life.

  • @tobyjw Sally Fallon is getting fatter and more washed out looking? I mean I saw her last year and she looking shocking compared to 7 years ago. Is this diet really healthy? All that fat and cholesterol. Dr Price was a DENTIST! not a researcher.

  • Thankyou for posting this good video! :-)

  • @nutrltionist Sally looks glucose exhausted, she keeps looking down and reading. Its a pretty basic story to tell! Holly Cow! Sally Fatty Fallon! ;)
