  • Fantastic. My only gripe (and it's a small one!) is go lower! You might be putting undue stress on your knees at parallel, if you go ATG you'll alleviate that.

  • At the present, with the size of my belly, going lower is not really possible, unless I take a gorilla like stance.

    Been of the program for some time, gonna try and get back on it as soon as my left legs kneeproblem gets fixed.

  • wow! i did not expect such perfect form. cant see any lower back rounding(and i erroneously thought that with ur bulk u would have flexibility issues). way to go! where r u now in ur squat? hope u have not given it up

  • I think your squat is really really good. I had to watch it twice to see any flaw: if you watch I think your third and last rep, (I think), you lean forward a bit off balance. Just stay centered. Other than that, good luck!
