Sorry, i liked P/J together, but Dawson and Joey were soulmates and bestfriends, they used to be my favorite couple before Ryan and Marissa. I compare them because they are my two all time fav. Although I am now a fan or Rylor, R/M will always be better!

I have said this many times since last thursday's episode, the only reason Ryan and Taylor work is because Marissa IS gone. Marissa will always be his great love but now that she has died Ryan has changed and therefore needs someone new in his life. They have a lot of chemistry, but it's pretty obvious that if Marissa was still alive things wouldn't be happening the way they are now. Ryan would be at Berkeley and it would only have been a matter of time before Marissa would reenter his life.

OKay i can tottaly understand where your coming off from. but it seems to me like what ryan felt for marissa is obviously the real hardcore love thing but that doesnt mean he cant make soemthing new like that with taylor.And if marissa was still alive, you may never know what could have happened. And the part where ryan changed? thats the WHOLE freaking point for the new season! basically, marissa and ryan were the real thing. but ryan and taylor? now thats real love.
