It took Rockstar 1 year to release 4 trailers for GTA 4, GTA 5 is a much more expanded playing field and i'm geusing a campaign that is twice as long, i give it a year and a half till the new one.

@pokekiller5swords Ermm....GTA IV was originally supposed to be released in October 2007 so it's 7 months after the first trailer but GTA IV got delayed really badly. I'm sure Rockstar is now cautious with GTA V and announced it now when they are sure there will be no delays. They wouldn't announce out a game that isn't going to be released yet in a year or more.
