WARNING MINOR SPOILERS... Misha has 2 forms in the game, her 1st form is her 12 year old form, and her True form is her 18 year old form. Later in the game you can switch her to either form of your choice in the room where she doesn't want to enter in the tenba lab.
I did hear soemthing about Misha being stuck in a form for the most part that getting her true form enables her to wear the outfits; but I, as a RPGing male; have no problem with either form!
