I thought this was on Nightmare Difficulty... O.o It doesn't seem to be any harder or is that because all your weapons are already fully upgraded?

@xXSsweetsimplicity It doesn't, but each time you get hit, it takes a lot out of your hearts. My weapons are also fully upgraded which do give me a huge advantage
