it was a visual novel that came out in japan, there is no english for it excluding certain names as far as i know. there is an anime though and a manga, get that.

In fact, theres is a fansub wh is translating the game, they have already one of the three arc in the story, the one that has Saber as the protagonist (the Fate Arc) and now they are finishing Unlimited Blade Works (the one that has Rin Thosaka as the protagonist), right now I dont remember the name of the fansub but you should be able to look for it in google, btw this game is amazing, not because of the nude pictures or the hentai stuff, but cause of the story itself ^^

Yes. Fate/stay night is originally based off the popular visual novel (mind you is a little ero with some H-scenes)

Most of TYPE-MOON's anime adaptations come from the original visual novel with more story plots to follow and of course info. I play these games more so for the story rather than its H.
