Man , I have no problem since then..Buy it!!Its cheper and better than I-pod...And its just fine.Nice menu,nice mp3 playback etc.!

suebyrne6121, yes all these months later I am still happy with it. I've had no prob with the battery life. I'm getting 3 more around Christmas for my kids. I bought mine from ebay, & that's where I'll go for these.
