The Chief Justice is there trying to straighten the judiciary inclusive of all the judges & the lawyers but that's all he can do. As the constitution making body is the parliament majority of which is the political filth of Pakistan now being exposed at a great pace by the media from all ends. Even if one goes to the judiciary to have his appeal/witness recorded its not done without bribe. If one gets a decision being as his right he doesn't get it without paying for it. Chief please solve it.

The Chief Justice has been restored and will Insha Allah start officiating on his seat w.e.f 24th March 2009. But will the Anti Pakistan Alliance (elite class included) let him implement Justice, Law & Order? As the Alliance claims to have invested billions of $ on Pakistan to destroy it in all fields of life. But if Chief Justice is let to enforce law & order then all the investment so far is zero. Army Chief must be there to guard his life and help him out of any crises if created in his way

Restoration of a judge may diffuse the situation for a while however fact remains that corrupt politicians will continue to rip the country by all means. Mr Zardari is a feudal lord he knows well where to place which servant. He will be manouvered to end up as a total failure. One can clearly see that his restoration and relief to common Pakistani person has no connection. He is no masiah which these poor people think of him. I can see same cheer leaders will be out protesting again.

By the impeachment of Musharraf new way is paved for revival of judiciary and law. Pakistani Constitution needs to be totally revised by a team of retired judges and senior advocates like Aitzaz Ahsan. No protection is given to any sort of investment eg local property , industry or commercial giving way to Qabza Groups for illegal occupying of rented houses etc. This stops the foreign investors basically from investing here resulting in the economical collapse & devaluation of Pak Rupee.
