well, itachi and kisame left when jiriya arrived to protect naruto in the normal naruto series, so jiriya might win. however SPOILER there are 6 pains that all have the rinnigan, and they can all be accesed at the same tims, so jiriya vs pain = definite win for pain.
Jiriya and Itachi are about on the same level, though Itachi might be a bit stronger due to his Mangekyo Sharingan abilities and that ace of his he used to kill Orochimaru in two comic panels. If Itachi wasn't dying of disease, he could be near Tobi's level (whatever that is...).

dam u gies are really behind on the whole story thing. the shippuden episodes are almost about 130 and jirayia is about to fight pain in sage mode but he does die. after that pain goes after naruto and sasuke fights itachi and kakashi kills some of the pains and he dies and hinata dies too but after naruto defeats pain (turning into the 8 tails), pain agrees to revive everyone he reacently killed (not including jirayia) and dies off so shit happns and sasuke joins the akatskui. message me 4 info

well, itachi and kisame left when jiriya arrived to protect naruto in the normal naruto series, so jiriya might win. however SPOILER there are 6 pains that all have the rinnigan, and they can all be accesed at the same tims, so jiriya vs pain = definite win for pain.

Jiriya and Itachi are about on the same level, though Itachi might be a bit stronger due to his Mangekyo Sharingan abilities and that ace of his he used to kill Orochimaru in two comic panels. If Itachi wasn't dying of disease, he could be near Tobi's level (whatever that is...).

To clear up some confusion...
Tobi (aka Madara) was talking to Pain (aka Nagato; yes, the English equivalent of his name is actually spelled "Pain" - "Pein" is a translation "error" using the romaji of "ペイン" rather than actually using the intended English word) in the scene that the OP linked. Madara is the real leader of the Akatsuki, but he does his work incognito, and has Nagato act as the leader. Madara most likely does this to better hide his identity - he is a ninja after all! o_o
