Now, after forty years of "education" at the hands of Portland and Eugene liberals, Oregon students know practically nothing about the history of their state.
@Audinos Yeah, they have hidden a lot of Oregon History. Especially the bad. but, we can't ignore the fact that Oregon was once so RACIST blacks were not allowed here. Or that Eugene was once the center for some of the biggest KKK clan meetings that ever took place. They took down the Cross off Skinners Butte in Eugene, saying it was because they did not want to force religion. It was a CLAN cross that they used to burn. It sucks. But its part of history. If we dont learn it. We repeat it.
@IdigHistoryVideo Ironically, these "educated" liberals who try to force high schools to drop mascots like "Indians" and "Braves" live in a county named for General Joseph Lane, who tried to make Oregon a slave state, and in a city named for Eugene Skinner, who actually kept slaves in Oregon until the government forced him to free them. Today, it isn't blacks and Jews that these bigots hate. It is Christians (especially Catholics).
@Ralastar That reminds me of that great quote from Sgt. Hartmann in Full Metal Jacket: "There is no racial bigotry here ... here you are all equally worthless."
