Meh this looks hard to pull of especially when most people who do take downs come at you like raging bulls, i just dont see the opportunity to do this against a high explosive athlete, plus if you could you may kill them, I think ill stick to the sprawl, more efficient , and wont kill people :P (lieng i so would use this if i could lol).

@lilsean616 In Ontario, Canada it is not. I'm not sure about elsewhere but I suspect no. In fact, it would be stupid to allow it, the risk of serious injury is quite high.
