It started out well, but got worse. Maureen's voice isn't high enough for the top notes, and Joanne... well, she looks and sounds like an overweight, shouting teenage boy.

Your Maureen has a lot of potential but she's trying to ape Idina Menzel too much. She's purposely singing through her nose, and although Menzel has a naturally nasal voice, that doesn't mean you have to affect one for the role. Joanne's voice is quite nice, but I would suggest lessons in belting, because both these ladies have some negative habits that could permanently harm their voices.
