Beat the Elite 4 then there is a place called pal park idk where it is right now just look it up. But with the GBA game in the slot start up your DS game. On the main menue scroll down to migrate from GBA. Have the pokemon you want to migrate in the pc on your GBA game. Select six that you want then start the game and go to pal park to catch them.
