See, people fall into the same trap that minecraft players do. It's called the one more block syndrome. You get so occupied with what your paranoid mind thinks you need that you end up just focusing on getting more of it instead of actually doing anything. Considering this series is a bit old now, here is a mistake you did, maybe you bring it up later, dunno:

You had way to many resources lying unused. Somthing I still struggle with is using it up, and having more than som 500-600 of any of the two late game is pretty much a sin for good players.

@kanesizer9 Chokepoint - he means the access points into the open area where his base is, either a narrow ramp or a rubble-blocked entrance which you have to blast through. You can block this chokepoint by building stuff across it - so the enemy has to destroy them in order to get at your base.

When you're terran, you must always block the passage to your base. I'm in platinum and believe me, if you don't choke the pass within 4 minutes, your dead.

LoL I'm in platinum league! I don't think I have something to learn from you. There is people in platinum that will simply throw you 2-3 zealots in the beggining and if you do not choke, then they will rape your first 5-6 marines! and then your base. As a terran, ALWAYS BLOCK THE PATH TO YOUR BASE!

Top Tip: Don't queue units ever. If you queue up units from a barracks/factory/starport you've spent money and you don't have anything to show for it and also it makes you think that you can't build anything else because you don't have any money left...

I have noticed that those who excell in starcraft have a bit of superiority complex. I remember back in the 90s when the original came out, it was difficult to learn and relate to those who were really good at it. they had a snobish almost hostile mood when you approached them with questions about starcraft. i just bought starcraft II as download, and downloading it as i write. One thing i didnt think of while concidering to pay 60€ for this is....! that i SUCK at starcraft. Never played it in my life and in warcraft 3 i was pwned hard by easy computers. I usually comfort myself knowing that im good at FPS and Driving games.. But now i basicly used up all my money to get pwned 30 hours straight, till i stop playing SC and possibly never playing again! i love these vids, they are for me! thx..

Heres a tip, when you send a unit to a location, press "A" on your keyboard and then left click to where you want them to go and then instead of running into there death, if they encounter enemy units they will automaticly attack them and you would have made vikings for the colosusses
