i´m going to 2011 intermodellbau in dortmund, im new on modellbau and i just have a 1:24 mercedes benz, but its not of the best ones, its just to start ;) so i wanna buy one there (:
Alpine: if you're running a loco with the "new" C-Sine engine, that might be another problem. I had to return a few locomotives because the bell armature gets stuck. Märklin has had some problems with this new engine design.
The problem I describes in my other post is due to no electrical contact -which I find to be weird since Märklin is supposed to be the best since it's 3-rail.
@ 2:11 - 2:17 we can see a locomotive stopping multiple times, most likely due to dirty tracks. This is a reoccuring problem with my trains too -even the Big Boy needs to be pushed around my layout. Cleaning tracks doesn't seem to help. Anyone else having that problem with Märklin too?

Die Züge fahren viel zu schnell. Umgerechnet so etwa 250-300 kms.

I think i have that same problem, my train stops for half a second and a loud squeling sound commes from the train, i hop someone knowes the answer?
