  • Ooo, 0:05 was sexy. (;

  • That ain't vtec

  • @lilsupa07 Why? Cause you cant here the crossover? Theres some of my videos where you can hear vtec crossover and another video w/ different I/H/E set-up and you cant here the transition at all. Just cause you cant hear it, dont mean it dont have it ;)

  • what a piece of shit dam thing doesn't even have v-tec

  • @tyler375 *cough* honda fag *cough*

  • what tranny?

  • i think you should have bought a Toyota with a 4AGE Blacktop in it....

  • @rayray891 if you are "losing" transmissions from downshifting you are not doing it properly. There have been tons and tons of tests that show downshifting is better than going into nuetral. Not my problem of you can't drive. I put 160000 miles on my first car. Never had to even replace clutch.

  • what the fuck is a stock b20 vtec?

  • @RSXYYY

A stock B20 block with a stock vtec head.

  • @RSXYYY the fact that u just asked that question.....nevermind

  • @rayray891 yea bolt ons cancel out stock features as well...My cars bone stock too, with just a stage 2 ported head, Intake manifold, TB, I/H/E, shifter, springs, struts, rear sway bar. My 17 inch racing harts are stock too, so long as it stays a k20 right?

  • Im new at this shit but wats power shifting and double clutching

  • @irishboxer92 Powershifting: Not releasing the gas pedal in between shifts. You quickly tap the clutch, shift, and release clutch. (don't ever do it).

Double clutching: The basic premise is to shift the car from x gear into neutral, release clutch, rev match rpm's, shift into next gear. You dont need to do this with any newer car. The last vehicle that I drove that needed to double clutch was a 1935 firetruck. (not kidding). If you want to know what rev-match downshifting is, pm me or google it.

  • really fast , like 13 sec 0-100 mph very very impress !!

  • wat did this cost to do?

  • wat trans?

  • powershifting all the way.. but nice

  • down hill :)

  • lmfao fail shifting

  • Powershifting -> FAIL.

  • WOW THIS IS A FAST 4 cyl

  • sad when a car needs a turbo the size of the motor to go that fast

  • @shupster369 this doesnt sound turbo'ed, its not hard to get good power from these cheap ittle 4bangers. plus they can weigh up to 1000 lbs less than a mustang or camaro

  • not bad for a b20 my b18b walks all on those thou

  • k...a jak mozna 3 odciencia zaliczyc ja pi...ole

  • omg that is crv or swapped b20 wiht b16 head to other car ??

  • shit is slow.

  • @youtoob123456 of course it is, its a civic

  • @02WRXsuby oh yeah lulz

  • @youtoob123456 are you stupid? 0-60 in a little over 4secs is not slow

why do people leave stupid comments

dont hate.. appreciate.. or get off the page

  • @saeedmiah dude forget him, he prob thinks all car do 0-60mph in 4s

  • @saeedmiah I know its fast but how do we not know he just started at the top of a hill and went down while video taping? I mean B20V's are fast, but not THIS fast with stock internals...

  • nice wheelspin in third!!!

  • 0-105 in 1.1 mile!

  • ok good but RELEASE UR GAS

  • Nice Man!!! V-tec is The Best!!!

  • I can do that all day and it doesn't get old.

    Nice Video.

  • Yeah, idk. My accord's tranny has really tall gears and 1st gear tops at 30...

  • @boost7m lol you think your 1st is tall i can hit 45 in first gear and my engine only revvs to 6k

  • thats not double clutching all you retards who saw fast and the furious and think that its faster to double clutch you are wrong this guy is power shifting and really well at that

  • Man... there's no such thing as power shifting 'really well'. It's a retarded thing to do.

  • the guy who commented here that you cant power shift well obviously tries to double clutch. Good day mate. FAG

  • I double clutch when I'm pulling up to red light or dropping a gear to accelerate. There's no need to double clutch on an upshift.

Just like there's no such thing as a 'good' powershift. It's the most ape-like and retarded piece of driving you can do. It fucks your car and it's only stupid kids who do them.

You obviously know nothing about driving or cars, and the fact that you call me a fag because I know more about them than you shows that you're a real piece of shit.

    Good day, buddy.

  • So whats so bad about downshifting (heel toe) if i may ask cuz i track my car at Mosport and run rings around people i must be doing something right?

  • Fuck you're stupid. I didn't even mention heel AND toe in my whole reply, and you ask me what's so bad about it?

Nothing's wrong with heel and toe, it actually requires some form of driving ability. More than some twat basically clutch kicking as he upshifts.

I don't believe you when you say you track your car, you don't know what you're talking about. That, and Video games don't count.

  • What the hell do you think downshifting is dude its fuckin heel toe jackass. All your doing is incoorporationg breaks with the downshift. And if you dont beliveve i track my car ill film my mosport track days with engineered automotive fool. Itll be up soon track days are starting already Mr Lemon Murphy whatever the fuck that is.

  • Comment removed

  • @nonsoundflux A double clutch isn't necessary on the upshift because, momentarily, the engine and gearbox speed will be perfectly matched anyway. All you have to do is get it into gear then

  • @LemonMurphy well... power shifting is what it is. if you slam gears during a race it could get you the advantage. i mean... racing is not good for your car anyways. its hard on the engine, drivetrain, suspension. etc.... if you intend to race prepare to damage something.. also.. i dont believe in double clutching because trannys nowadays have whats called a synchro. soo... there is no need. except for reverse.

  • @LemonMurphy powershifting is like i am in second gear,i accelerate to the max power of the engine and then i chaneg the gear without removing my foot from the gas pedal right?

  • @golf1diesel Yes, and it's still also a waste of time. Instead of spending time on learning to powershift, which won't even shave 0.1s off an ET, and will fuck your transmission prematurely, one would be better off trying to gain more horsepower/torque and/or learn to shift more fluidly to improve shift time and still avoid mis-shifts/mechanical damage.

  • @Rogdagnir nice answer sir.

  • @LemonMurphy whats the point in double clutching when u can just match the revs and put it in gear without double clutching... unless u drive a semi truck then i could understand ur whole double clutch crap....

  • @redcargsr Because when you rev match by blipping the throttle with the clutch in it wears your release bearing and doesn't increase the speed of the input shaft - so you're not actually saving your syncros, it just makes the drive smoother.

People do it on the track for the smoothness, you should do it on the road for the longevity of your car.

  • @LemonMurphy whenever im watching a race i usually see them using the heal toe technique, which is basically what i do and not double clutching...not saying your wrong or anything cause you could be right...im no expert or anything. im just a squirrel tryn to get a nut...

  • @redcargsr Heel and toe is much quicker, but it's only done for smoothness and speed. It will still wear out the release bearing and syncros, but in race cars those are expected perishables.

  • @LemonMurphy gotcha... learn sumthin new everyday :)

  • @redcargsr how do i double clutch smoothly? can you make a vid please sir? i just wanna know how, i tried it once and it locked up my front tires but i still shifted smoothly. just cant brake nicely when doin that

  • @LemonMurphy Why double clutch when comming to a red light? Im just wondering. I clutch in, neutral, clutch out and coast. Then only go down to 1st if Im stopped. I do dbl clutch when down shifting to accelerate. Does that sound about right?

  • @MangoSmoothie16 There is no need to double clutch anytime. Anyone who tells you otherwise is dumb. Rev-match downshifting is all you need to do. Not double clutch. And shit, all these people on youtube can powershift the shit out of there cars.. fun to watch, but you arn't going to see me doing it. By the way, leaving the car in neutral to slow down is 1. unsafe and 2. causing unnecessary wear on your breaks. Your car should always be in gear. (unless at red light).

  • @Drewwberry i meant to say dont double clutch when accelerating. Why it coasting to a stop in neutral unsafe? sure its wear and tear on the brakes but they are cheap to replace. It's hard on the drivetrain for slowing down with downshifts.

  • @MangoSmoothie16 If you take your road test in a M/T car in New York and leave it in neutral when slowing down, you will fail your test. The reasoning is this: You have more control of the car, if for any chance you needed to accelerate you would be fucked. ex- someone runs a red light and you don't have time to stop. or the car behind you lost their brakes and you are lucky enough to be looking in your rear view. It's not hard on the drive train for downshifts when slowing down. That is BS.

  • @Drewwberry ok. that makes sense. But, in my defense, if you are rear ended while in gear, it could total your tranny right? and you dont always have the option to speed up if there is a car in front of you.

  • @MangoSmoothie16 How would it be any different than if you were read ended in an auto? While sitting at a red light I leave it in neutral. But if the car is moving it should be in gear. Especially in bad weather.

  • @Drewwberry uhhh i actually lost a tranny from downshifting to slow down...so i call bs on your bs statement

  • @rayray891 How the hell do you lose a tranny from downshifting to slow down?

  • @rayray891 Learn to rev match noob

  • @LemonMurphy power shift only when you're racing, other than that, there's no need to

  • @LemonMurphy Ape like? Driving alone risks fucking up your drive train, push your car to the limits and see what it can do.... Powershifting wakes your car up. Drive it like you stole it, buddy.

  • no lift shifting?

  • really nice driving man... i appreciate people who can drive their cars at their full potential... power shifting ftw... who cares exedy stage 2 clutch... all your power shifting dreams can come true

  • quick car !

  • lol haha ur flat shifting hahah

  • o-100Km/h in 5sec 0_0

  • it's mp/h .... ur retarded loll

  • LOOL look 60 mph = 100km/h

    it's you who is retarded

  • haha dumbcunt

  • double clutchin fa reel

  • Nice full throttle shift!

  • thats a way to ruin your clutch really fast!

  • no.. hes double clutching cant you tell from that monster chirp into 2nd?

  • this is powershifting you dont double clutch on upshifts with a gearbox that has syncros lol or at all

  • I am going to disregard your comment, because you must be insane...

Althought you are right, it shouldnt be attempted in a tranny that has syncros.. but the end result is not the same, double clutching will allow for a quicker RPM pickup similar to a rev match, which during gearshifts gives you a smoother acceleration if performed correctly.

  • WHAT IS DOUBLE CLUTCHING???

  • that nto double clutching thta nio lift shifting stayin on the gas ...

  • did you do anything to the block?

  • quarter mile in 13 secs.. not bad

  • i used a stop watch to time this video and it says 4.75 0-60

  • why is a b20 block with a vtec head faster than a gsr? its simple. Displacement is the key! 2.0 with vtec vs 1.8 with vtec = 2.0 wins. This is why ls/vtec were so popular over the gsr and itr. Though the ls blocks were 1.8, they had a bit longer stroke therefore more displacement.

  • u need to learn how to shift.......car is fast tho

  • hes shifting fast enough'

    seems like powershifting to me'

  • ...hes bouncing the limiter every time he shifts....yea hes shiftin fast but bad

  • not really when u powershift most cars sound like that. Just engaging gears so fast rpm drops are lesser and sounds like over rev' hard to explain'

just try it on ur car lols'

  • lol ok

  • it sounds like its trying to over rev because it is.. as soon as the clutch is fully disengaged from the flywheel the car is free reving, and thats where fast shifting shines.

  • 100% powershifting.

do it in ur car with a dual vtec motor'

  • @thaiteabobaa it is powershifting listen to the motor rev

  • @alexlowcaprice

    i knew he was powershifting.

some guys was saying he dont shift fast enough

i think iuno it was way to long ago lols

  • @thaiteabobaa ahh ok ok sorry

  • 5 sec = 60 mph...

  • sick setup im eating those those full b18c swap...

  • 4.84 seconds to get from 0-60 . that's fast as hell

  • its 5.2

  • actually about 5.6-5.7

  • that aint never bin a b20 u tosser

  • Im not sure...but.... didnt hear no vtec crackin.

  • thats pretty sick and 4 the dumbass talking shit fuck his gsr thats pretty sad that it only hit 130 in 5th cause my single cam hits 130 and i could still go more fuck nonsoundflux

  • Comment removed

  • listen at the end of the video when he lets of the gas

  • O.M.G. so fast..

  • 4th gear at 113ish mph?? damn!!!

  • He only pulls till about 107 ;]

  • Comment removed

  • on a 24.5 slick you can go 140 in 4th gear.

  • Comment removed

  • that's spot on with a b16 trans if he's shifting around 8k-8200rpm. With a 10 sec all motor gsr I would imagine you have a very short final drive which would explain your low top speed. B16/ITR trannys are good for 160mph @ 9k rpm.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • i dont think he's goin down hill he wouldnt chirp third like that lol...

  • its easy to chirp 3rd and 4th.

Six puck clutch and light weight flywheel

    powershift just that simple.

  • true

  • speak it my friend! thats why your my tuner friend....you can sort out the bullshit

  • @nonsoundflux THEN YOU HAVE A B16 TRANNY CAUSE SFWD CIVICS USE GSR TRANNYS IN TURBO CIVICS IVE SEEN THEM DO 9.00@ 175 AND NOT EVEN USE 5TH

  • @TwisNinja, it's not possible to hit 175 in 4th with the stock GSR ratio. Maybe the case is stock, but I can promise you there's nothing else GSR about it.

  • dude I think you full of shit. You know how much money you would shell out to make a 10 sec all motor GSR? even if you did have that, you would be smart enough to get a dog transmission or even a custom synchro tranny with carbon coating for protection. I think your hella full of shit. If a fully built K24 frank can only go 11's in a CRX You dont have jack your fucking liar. I'm interwebs calling you out!!

  • Comment removed

  • and how long did it take you to research all that information so you can make a valid point? Any idiot in they're right mind knows a 1.8L is useless for the quarter mile unless its FI. If you got a 10 sec all motor GSR I want proof. Any fool can run his mouth on the net but vid speak more. Post up that excel sheet on your parts as well. I'm now actually calling you out on a vid cause either your are the bravest man or the dumbest fuck I'm ever met.

  • Comment removed

  • @nonsoundflux Lol u think i'm talking about those unibody hondas that are built for he quarter? Nah jackoff I'm talking about your piece of shit. I'm calling you out. I want to see your all motor 10sec car. I wanna see your spread sheet. I wanna see your car in action. If not then your lying pecs of fucking shit.

  • Comment removed

  • @nonsoundflux and where did I put that a unibody isnt a honda? I never did you retard. I told you I want to see your 10 sec GSR that your ranting about. Your full of fucking shit. I see how your starting shit with everybody on here, I'm telling you to prove yourself and post a vid of your car. Instead your leaving like a little bitch that you are. Your a fucking interwebs racer. Talk a whole bunch of mess, but when someone comes asking for proof, you leave. Have fun with your ' GSR" fucking homo

  • @nonsoundflux Whoops look like you don't know what you're talking about.

  • @DemoFly, nice try. go troll somewhere else, this is a big boy conversation.

  • @nonsoundflux I don't know who's trolling more. Me, or the guy that says this video is fake, then removes his comment and pretends to know what he is talking about. hahaha.

  • @DemoFly I removed my comment because I don't have the time or patience to dick with you retards anymore. Unlike most of you, I have a profession, which makes me money, so I can do other things besides bicker with you kids. Cheers :)

  • @nonsoundflux That's fine. Like I said, at least I didn't insult the owner of the video and call it fake, then pretend to act like I know what I'm talking about. Way to contradict yourself. Because bickering with everyone is all you are doing.

  • @nonsoundflux true listen to how long each shift took & on meter he went not even a 1/4 mile

  • @nonsoundflux

haha what does supercharging have to do with gear ratios. Dude ur smoking crack, theres nothing wrong with this vid

  • what tranny is this?

  • YS1

  • be a good race on my DRZ400sm upto 95mph ;) hehe

  • fuckin wack speedometer

  • omg that was sweet!!!....and that's without any forced induction?! wtf man!

Got a 06 Si with I/H/E and Hondata reflash, sooooooo much fun to drive, although it doesn't pull as hard as this B20...thats just crazy! I love my honda :-D

  • True that bro. I love K-Series motors when you slap an R-Crew Header on them and a Test pipe and greddy exhaust. AEM Intake they sound mean but, I will always put B-Series Motors in my cars. I love H-Series to for the torque.

  • very nice.

    eg hatchy?

  • 0-60 in less than 5.. thats sick...

  • I love how the wheels spin at 65 mph. What car is this?

  • Most likely an EG Hatch.

  • MADD PROPS even tho its stock lol

can wait to build mine xDDD

  • Comment removed

  • see i love this. o-60 in 5 seconds. now u look at ur exotic super cars like lambos and they only do 0-60 in like 3.5 seconds. and they have v10's this car is impresive idc what anyone has to say. keep up the good work dude.

  • you know that these spedometers are inaccurate, try it with a gps its probably off by a second.

and the laws of physics create more of a speed barrier the faster you try to go. you can have a 300hp car and run 13-14 sec 1/4 miles, but it takes ALOT more than twice that power to run half the time

  • Make me proud to own a Honda watching this vid =]

  • nice.

  • TORQUE!!!

  • you should hear my b20vtec on my teg :X

  • Holy crap! That looked to be 0-60 in little below 5 seconds is that right?

  • pro shifting

  • 3rd gear chirp always gives me a woody:)

  • nasty ass pull, my em1 revs all the way to the 9 cus if my hondata ecu

  • I thought this vid was going to be funny but that wasn't half bad. I give it a thumbs up because it seems like you are on your way to making a good car that is actually fast. Just don't go rice and spend your money on looks instead of speed.

  • lmao why the fuck would you double clutch its not a big rig

  • Comment removed

  • shits hard...what head u pullin

  • yeah thats pretty fast but why a CIVIC?

  • nice

  • remind me of my ef b20..... but then i went TURBO

  • damn nice car!!! That jumpd so fast i had to watch it 3more times

  • it hits 60 like nutin!

  • Nice

  • Lmao learn how to power shit playa you fucked up on every gear wat a rookie
