The very first time I saw the picture of Mion and K1 over Miyo's body I was like "Holy shit! They finally kill the lady who was behind Rika's death!"

Only to be disappointed to see that all Tanako got was arrested and sent to the looney bin at the end of Kai.

Also, if somehow Nayu was actually murdered in Kai, the series would had ended quickly.
