I am running on a treadmill to lose some belly :-) but after running 10-15 min. I get an annoying pain in my lower back. Maybe I am putting my torso too forward? What do you think it is the cause of my problem? I am not tired but sometimes I have to stop running just because of this. It only happens when I run.
@vockla It could be that you're trying to keep your spine too straight (leaning too far back). Just run comfortably, keeping your head up, shoulders swinging gently but not too much, and hips facing forward (also not swinging too much).
@canadianmaple09 Thank you. Actually the problem was that I was leaning forward. My comment was 2 months ago, now I can reach 40 mins. without any pain. Now while I run I concentrate to keep my torso straight looking at the front, not my feet, and I also stretch my lower back before starting.
