Phil didnt wrote it but someone else in the early 19.. soever.. thats what says the albumbook of Phil but maybe this song is even older than that (about 200 years) and rearranged by the person that wrote in the 19.. or soever... pretty strange...I can hardly amagin. Its possible and music older than 100 years is rightsfree I believe so you can cover tand rewrite it if you want without paying the one who had the rights of the song...?
