    some cool ideas,,

    for me its exercise, whether its running, punching the bag, or wights , I just get out there and let it all out.. if I'm on the bag I punch tell I cant punch no more.. if I'm running I run tel I cant run no more lol

    the important thing is to recognize that the root of the problem is within and not without, that way you just go do what you got to do to balanced again, instead of putting the blame on others.. when your done take a good shower and youl feel great!
