  • CAN I RUN CRYSIS 2?

    TOASTER

  • Comment removed

  • same monitor :)

  • I have core 2 duo 2.20 ghz and still I cannot play this awesome fucking game. need to get a i7!!!!

  • @Ravi5kumar you obviously don't need an i7 but it has benefit in some games like GTA IV< BC2...you can get an sandy bridge i5 proccessor and good graphic card like HD 6950.

  • in my old computer i have Celeron 2.8GHZ and i cant run this? lol

  • The FSB of the motherboard is 100Mhz loooooooooooooooooooool :D

  • omg i love 3fps gaming too...

  • That poor Pentium III CPU is getting buttraped. It's screaming for mercy. :P

  • Система-зверь! Игра, можно сказать, летает!))

  • 0:32

    Aw hell naw!

  • do not fool people bastard. crysis cannot launch on pentium 3 because it needs a lost of resources...

  • @UxMat wrong, technically you could get it to launch on a pentium1 if you had adequate ram and a decent agp card. would run like shit but would run nevertheless

  • ur processor is a bitch

  • i have the same processor with same speed!

  • It can probly run on old PCs well, but you need a good GPU!

  • better than consoles

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL are u fucking kiddinme?

  • runs smoother than mine atm and i got a gtx480 in my system ahaha my hdd is a fail :(

  • Your Graphics card is being held back by your weak processor!

  • p3 ???? better than x4

    lol

  • you stupid wtf

  • Looks like CS 1.6 :P

  • its a celeron

  • ur processor is better than core i7 990x???

  • @dennyvevo Not even close to i7 3960X

  • Possible due to most new games running mainly off of graphics card. processor used mainly for physics and such. if you have a pentium 3 with a card that is a beast, yes its possible. for the longest time, i had a pentium 4 2.0 and a 8400 gs PCI and a gig of ram, running mass effect 2 at 50-80 frames on max settings. (only while building my newer system as my dual core died.)

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

Pentium 3 on a very good graphics card

  • Is this possible because of modifications made on the OS?

  • What was your frame rate?

  • huge bottleneck ! the 3850 could move even better .

    Sorry my english

  • holy god almighty that what u did is POSSIBLE!!!!???>>!#$

  • i have almost same machine, only processor i change to a pentium 3 S tualatin 1.4ghz (latest p3 launched) and run pretty well,i am trying to make a video to post here

  • a mi me anda con un amd 1.9GHz sempron 2gb ram y una gforce 6150 800mb?

  • Ta rodando melhor que no meu computador kkkk

  • seems legit

  • About the best AGP graphics card you can get, I believe.

  • playable

  • i used to have this cpu too at the same speed but now i have a Pentium Dual-Core T4400 2.20Ghz!

  • ಠ_ಠ

  • impressive buddy, i didn't know crysis could look like that though. i hope you have upgraded since. i'm going to be laughing about this for awhile. i thought it was hilarious making dirt 2 run on p4 paired with a 7600 gs. i think you topped it. good video.

  • It run probably because of the vid card, but the processor can only handle so much .. resulting into that non-smooth FPS we are all seeing . Swap a Pentium 4 onto it, then itll do the job

  • @jehisonfire109 how can one swap p4 into p3 socket?

  • It's just running that "well" cuz of the graphic card.

But the CPU is still limiting as hell

  • This PC in last - i sold it a year ago and bought a new Core i3 notebook (with 3 Gb of RAM, 1Gb video card and other stuff). But the cost of this notebook are not very expensive - 550 $ (without preinstalled OS).

  • I completed this game on Pentium 4 2800 mhz with 2,5GB DDR-1 and Sapphire Radeon X1650 512MB GDDR2 128Bit.

It's ran normally on medium settings in 1024x768

  • lol Radeon HD 3850 and pentium 3 procesor ? o.OO

  • Runs great on Intel Pentium III

  • no. its impossible.

    i played with a core 2 duo 1.9 GHz

    4 GiB of Ram

and an nvidia geforce 9600 (512MiB)

and it lagged 1000 times more than this :/

  • @93axele because core 2 is the biggest piece of shit on earth and i should know m mom haz a laptop with one and it is shit.

  • My friend normally played this game on a Athlon 64 x2 5000 with 2 Gigs of RAM and Geforce 8600 (512 Mb).

I think that this game lagged on your PC because of viruses or slow HDD.

  • @93axele The problem might be dusty cooler...

  • you can play any game whit any system just need to know what to do :P excluding upgrades i can run gta 4 on geforce fx and single core 2,6ghz and 768mb ram of course whit grapichs downgraders evrythings fine

  • Noice.

  • exelent, i can play with ??

    Intel atom d410 :1.66-1.67GHz

    2Gb ram

    win 7

and i buy a video card Nvidia or ati of 256 Mb....... i can play this amazyng game????, please say me........ good video,

  • If you add a good videocard (at least Geforce 6200 or Radeon 9600 or better) you can play it.

CPU a comparatively good for this game because it's a dual core and the minimal requirement CPU for Crysis a single core 1.8 Ghz (this was written at the back side of my DVD with this game)

    P.S Sorry, for mistakes - i'am russian-speaking man :)

  • @AlexMagic777 but my pc are best than you, sorry for my bad english i'm latin, nice video, i want to buy a video card to 256 or 512Mb from the intel atom 1.7Ghz, & 2Gb ram.

  • @AlexMagic777 Geforce 6200 is a 7 year old gpu and not to mention it was low end at that time too.

  • P III @ 733 Mhz??? It looks fine, It`s true?

  • Yeah, I just bought Crysis, original one, and it plays awesome on my dual 5770 system. Still, it lags a bit when I pump the graphics to the highest, must be the VRAM that's not enough even though my 5770s already have 2GB

  • @yuvinmw nah, I have tried VPC before and it lags hard, I have a Core Duo Mac mini and a gaming PC which I assembled. Thus, I can play Crysis if I desire

  • NO FUCKEN WAY THAT RUNS LOL my dual core 2.6ghz runs leik that on high

  • @BassPounderX aparently because your graphics-adapter sucks ^^

  • @xDennNiex nothing to do with graphics its my cpu i ahve a 460gtx way more the capiable of running this game LOL

  • @alfieboy34 like a modern pc? lol na

  • Seems about right, you don't normally need a very powerful CPU to run games, the video card does most of the work.

What kind of FPS were you getting and at what settings?

  • I dont see how my G5 can't do this too, with a NVIDIA 7800GT, except, it's a Mac. Why can't Crytek and EA release Crysis for Mac?

  • @86123maxxi

Power Pc is DEAD , Even if they did release it on mac, your Precious G5 won't run it , because they no longer support that Architecture

  • @86123maxxi Because Crytek and EA are smart enough to know that Mac sucks hard and if your a smart person you would go for the PC choise. If your dumb and have lots of money, or just plainly retarded, you go and buy a Mac.. If however your a smart student who does get pussy, you'd go for the PC choise and live your life fully.

thats the way i see it, TY crytek and all other gaming developers for not porting the games to Mac OS.. seriously.. TY!

    /Peace

  • @86123maxxi I don't know why bro, And ignore "akkes1"'s comment - He's just a PC fanboy. I too love pc's but I also have a passion for mac. You can try it out on a virtual box, but I think it may lag.

  • haha funny

  • Hmm, there is a video of someone playing Crysis on a P3 with a 6200 card , but I don't see how you got 1.25 gb and a 3850 agp video card to work on a P3 motherboard , I going to have to call B.S on this one.

  • Fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is so fake, man i had an athlon 1.8ghz and i could run almost nothing

  • @GAKtion64 My PC: Windows 7 32-bit; 2,11 GHZ Amd Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+; 2GB-RAM, Direct X 11; Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS (256MB), 2 TB Harddisk

  • @TheDSCClan Optimizing Win XP likely helped a good bit, He IS using a much faster GPU, I could see using symbolic links to spread game data across multiple hard drive helping a great deal...

  • how can you have a 733mhz processor and 1.25gb of ram on it? acn you tell me the board you have?

  • This cant be real, because i have a computer with 2,11 GHZ and an Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS and it is not so fast as this in this video.

  • @TheDSCClan You have crap graphics.

  • @TheDSCClan And noname processor ")

  • @TheDSCClan maybe your computer is by hp, compaq, or e-machines. maybe even dell. i advise that if you want help you will need to post full specs of your pc.

  • will it work on my Pc? My specs

Duel Core 2.0Ghz Processor (Dual so 4.0Ghz)

    1Gb ram (2Gb)

    220Gb Hdd

No graphic cards i lost them T_T lol

  • @Fulldrunker Without a graphic card, i dont really think so

  • iphone has better processor than this xD

  • @davejoshmom1 yeah I wouldnt doubt it

  • @davejoshmom1 yeah i know thats what i said in my last comment

  • 8-) good!!

  • this is not pentium 3

  • gfx card makes up for it

  • you should have run pc wizard

  • lags

  • @MsLucas099 no shit

  • well, i hae

    p4

    ram 1gb

    gf 6600gt 128mb

and i can run crysis too, shame i havent try the gta4 on this pc

  • @edvinsdainis i take it you dont have like 40 dollars to upgrade to a more usable gpu.....

  • @PsiloCybinDreamX More than that, going from a p3 to a better cpu you would have to change the motherboard too lol.

  • @MrTpengineer yeah i know, but what are u talking about I think you replied to the wrong person :)

  • @PsiloCybinDreamX opops wtf? I swear I hit that persones reply button lol.

  • LOL, now Dual Pentium 3 = Gaming processor.

  • not impossible because pentium 3 have only MMX and SSE instructions

  • @ItsReal2000 No if you have,,, two running on paralell

  • hello guys.

    i have a Pentium 3 1.4 GHz

1gb Radeon HD 4650 Video Card

    2gb of ram

and i can run crisis warhead at 40 to 60fps

call of duty 4 at 30 to 50fps on multiplayer

i haven't try mw2 or black ops but i will try when i get the time

  • @xxxkiller809xxx my pentium 3 dual core

can run mw2 on low setting with no lag

i try black ops but it fail i get like 5 to 10fps.lol it lags like crazy unplayable

  • @xxxkiller809xxx pentium 3 dual core? epic fial

  • @gmoiasovghb87fa not a fail , you're just not enough qualified to realise i meant dual pentium 3 wich is faster than a 1.6 ghz atom n455 cpu ;)

  • @gmoiasovghb87fa epic fail? this pc is pretty cool for being a pentium 3 you have to admit that, even if it doenst play crysis good this still does better than the 3ghz p4's with the geforce 6200

  • @PsiloCybinDreamX i don't say it's bad , it's good , but i never heard pentium 3 dual core (:

  • @gmoiasovghb87fa its not a dual core pentium 3 its 2 pentium 3's on the mobo. lol and a dual core chip doesnt mean its twice as fast a 3ghz dual core its 3ghz x2. its total speed it still 3 ghz

  • @PsiloCybinDreamX

That isn't entirely correct. If a game is multithreaded then a dual core cpu IS faster than a single core at the same speed. You also have to take improvements in the architecture into account. Even if only 1 core is used, an E6850 Core 2 Duo 3.0ghz is going to be faster than a Pentium 4 3.0 ghz.

  • @gamewizard yeah, i never said a single core cpu was faster

  • @xxxkiller809xxx There is not dual core pentium 3, the fist dual core came out after the pentium 4, unless you have 2 seperate pentium 3 cpu's on one board.

  • @MrTpengineer yes your right. is two cpu in one board.

  • @xxxkiller809xxx their are no dual core p3's

  • @PsiloCybinDreamX nop. is a motherboard called mobo the has two cpu separately.

  • Can it run Modern Warfare 2?

  • Try using an NVidia AGP card, I am quite interested to see a comparison because I used an NVidia in a PIII was quite amazing. I also made a video.

  • that`s not for heavy gaming is still a option if you have any socket 370 mb laying around which i`m sure alot of us do better than filling landfills with more pc power than anyone could think of 30 years ago i believe the cpu used to land our first moon mission was slower than a cheap dollar watch now and people would be surprised at how much windows uses system resources dos was the best os ever and everything after was easier but much more resource hungry

  • looks like the first unreal for pc back in the day thanks for the video i have a 1ghz pent 3 that i`ve given to my sister in a old custom box i use youtube to view possible game that she can play it`s coupled with a fx500 pci video card and 1 gb ram i used for linux but she`s windows only not planning on een trying crysis but have seen a lot of games run on pentium 3 that i`m surprised even load pentium 3 `s can be had for under 10 dollars now so putting together a reasonable pc

  • this isnt right I hahe pentium 4 with 2.5 mhz 6800 nvidia and its Icant play this

  • i have procesor 3.0ghz its pentium 4, 1.73gb ram ddr2 and geforce 6200 agp, can i run it?

  • @TheStaszkov

    Only on lowest settings.

  • @ImTheAssassin but the game will run with fps who make me to play on it without lags?

  • @TheStaszkov Yeah!

  • @FullGGamer but the game will be playable?

  • wouldn't that be bottleneck causing by poor processor power? get a e3400 and you will see at least 10x of improvement :) (64kb L1 cache per core and 1mb L1 share vs p3's 32kb L1 cache + 512kb half speed cache)

  • Comment removed

  • @hanrinch it depends if it's the Slot 1 Pentium 3. that has the 1/2 speed cache. the socket 370 Pentium 3 has the full-speed cache

  • yeah s370 is much better than slot1 however you didnt seem to have s370 coppermine in the video.

  • lol it's kendragnev's video, not mine :P

i used to have a Dell Optiplex GX150, 1GHz Intel Pentium 3 (Socket 370), 512MB SDRAM, ATI Radeon 7500 64MB, Windows XP Pro. it was quite fast for it's time being, lol. i'm sure that sucker would have handled Crysis with a 1.4GHz P3 and a higher end AGP video card lol.

  • tualatin is fast at its time...but to handle game like crysis under reasonable framerate it'd has to oc from 1.4ghz to 1.75ghz and require a dual socket motherboard(82840?) and 2gb pc800 rdram with ecc enable (oc to 1066) and a pair of 3850 agp....

  • Comment removed

  • @hanrinch i have an IBM eServer with TWO Pentium III Tualatin processors (dual-socket) with 1GB ECC RDRAM

may get an nvidia video card for it.

  • i don't think you can get any agp card from nvidia after geforce 7800gs. however since you have dual socket taulatin you should try to overclock it from 133mhz fsb to 166mhz , the best scenario is if you have both taulatin that's 1.4ghz model that have 10.5x ratio multiplier which would give you huge boot in clock speed from 1.4 to 1.75ghz, with 3850 agp i think it can perform equivalent to an atom z570 or celerom 430

  • not bad. Pentium 3's are insane man. Pentium 3's have 512mb l2 cache which is a NICE amount, they run pretty fast clocks, a 900+mhz would be better, and the motherboards usualy support around 1.5gb. So with the 3850 agp, it would run very nicely. =)

  • is house made crysis game,i think p3 can't even initialize the game

  • what have you done to your pc? :O

    i've got a 3 Ghz Pentium4 , 3gb ram, nvidia 8600 winxp and it lags like hell ://

    back then i've got a p3 800mhz 425mb ram, 64 vram, win2k and even sims2 didn't run so well...

  • @93axele your ram sucks

  • im surprised the game even started up. lol

  • I'm guessing that Crysis WON'T run my crappy machine:Celeron 2.40ghz Nvidia GeForce 5500FX 128mb 512MB RAM.

  • @TheBoksera631 Geforce 5500fx is a joke dude i have a 7600gs and its slow as hell with full shaders, Geforce5500 wasnt even recommended for worldofwarcraft in 2004

  • you suck at this game

  • @KesoDia

    don´t get it , do yah ?

  • @shmerokee no, YOU don't get it XD

  • the PC: IBM NetVista.

    IBM ROCKS

  • Awesome Graphics Card, Shity Processor :D At least its running!

  • wow im surprised it even runs! My P3 866 with a Geforce 2 ran Far cry under 15 FPS on avarage

  • This is why I always put GPU before CPU. I mean, this CPU is bottlenecked to absolute buggery. Yes, the CPU will cause stuttering from time to time, but the game is still running 'ok'. And this CPU is only about 25% of the absolute minimum recommended spec (possibly even less, due to the CPU architecture, though I'm not sure about that..)

  • Pentium 3? No way!

  • amazing!

  • Can this PC run Prototype ?

  • congratulations!

  • Wow! it's great i already have an pentium 3 866mhz 512 mb ram and 6200.. It run gta san andreas and much more! pentium 3 is great, even better than pentium 4 with the same mhz

  • @christianpablocobos lmao you are stoopid

  • 1 word: BOTTLENECK

  • @FRURMELLL yeah, the cpu is but the gpu isn't far behind it

  • @Blitzkrieg1981 If you're talking about the fact that the card is going in through AGP and not pci express, then I'm willing to bet the 3850 is not bottlenecked by an AGP port at all. ATI even made HD 4000 series cards for AGP and those weren't bottlenecked either.

  • wow on my old CPU idd that time when he went much better than the Pentium 4 of my ma 2.8 GHz and 512 MB faster than my old box

  • i thought a pentium 3 was so slow it could barely run windows xp

  • @CustomPcsUK Nahh... I have a 733 mhz pentium 3 box with 512mb of RAM and Windows XP runs 2x faster than my 2.0Ghz Vista laptop w/ 1GB ram :/

  • @CustomPcsUK pentium 3 is the structure intel went with to build the pentium m, core, and core2 structure. pentium 4 was just so inefficient that they couldn't use it. a pentium 3 733 mhz is still really slow by current standards. it's be like a core2 solo at 500 mhz

  • @joshsniper27 even worste
