One only has to look at RP voting history, you claim he's this or that, but he votes along GOP lines 77% of the time. He abstained from the NDAA vote in his house (funny, no one says anything about it) and votes to benefit the dreaded 1%.

@jmr324 I didn't think that Dr. Paul said he was for decriminalizing ALL drugs I thought he wouldn't let the federal government unconstitutionaly enforce any drug laws, that was up to each of the states, which In my opinion is the only legal way it can be done if you follow the constitution, which is what following Ron Paul is all about.
I heard today that murder wasn't a law enforced by our federal government, that was a state law enforced by each state. See if that's true.

One only has to look at RP voting history, you claim he's this or that, but he votes along GOP lines 77% of the time. He abstained from the NDAA vote in his house (funny, no one says anything about it) and votes to benefit the dreaded 1%.
And regardless of your hero-worship, he is unelectable. Now ranked 3rd in Iowa, he's slipping even faster then I thought. I guess if he's so god-like, you'll rally the votes. I am curious to see if he can pull it off.

@jmr324 I didn't think that Dr. Paul said he was for decriminalizing ALL drugs I thought he wouldn't let the federal government unconstitutionaly enforce any drug laws, that was up to each of the states, which In my opinion is the only legal way it can be done if you follow the constitution, which is what following Ron Paul is all about.
I heard today that murder wasn't a law enforced by our federal government, that was a state law enforced by each state. See if that's true.

And another thing to consider, is the President is not some all powerful being. There are still the two houses to contend with and even the USSC. Unless RP has a supermajority, enough to over-ride a veto, he will be a lame duck, much like BHO is. Without atleast one house, nothing will get done.

The newsletter had his name on it, and on its face, he endorsed it. He can deny it all he wants, but it floated out their for two long.

@generalxtc RP is going to cut Corp taxes by 20% down to 15%, do away with the Death tax and keep the Bush tax cuts and eliminate the income tax.
....seems RP is more for the 1% then the 99%, but I guess if you can get weed for free, you'll be okay with it...

@DavidLister6000 Sounds to me like RP is for the 100%. When the 1% mess up and their banks and corps will fail, no bailouts, like the rest of us. Seems like his ideas benefit everyone. Slashing corp taxes you immediately think that 1% own corporations, and 99% what? Dont own businesses? Its not about weed being free, it will be up to the states to decide. And weed is less harmful than cigarettes and alcohol. Do some research on why weed is illegal, not because its bad for you.

@generalxtc Don't want to save GM? There's 250,000 jobs lost, Chrysler? another 130,000 which will add to foreclosures, unemployment, etc. What was done was on the best projections, did it work? I would say it was better then letting them fail. Even when BoA was 'forced' to buy Merrill, it saved jobs. Once Reagan removed GSA, it opened the door.
Sadly, RP wants to bring back gold? Really? What is this the Civil War? He's out of touch.

@DavidLister6000 He wants to bring back gold because its sound money unlike today where the FED just creates more and more out of thin air at free will. I personally dont believe gold is the final solution as can be seen in The Secret Of Oz. Well explained there. But its one step in the right direction. Why does GM need saving? They are making profit at the moment. If they fail, someone will buy them up, invest in them. Change of ownership thats all.
