Ok, I don't know if you want me to tell you how to kill him or not, so I'm just warning you incase you don't want to find out, so here it goes:

Hit Dark Bowser until he becomes giant.

Then aim for his gut. Soon he'll spit out Fawful. Now use the vaccum block and suck Fawful in as fast as you can. Then defeat Fawful with Mario and Luigi. Repeat this until you win! (And I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure thats how you beat him)
