well let me tell you something there is no really a better martial art than the other they are all equal with there advantages and disadvantages , every martial art focus on something and make it stronger ,for example a taekwondo player has a really strong kicks but poor punches a wushu player is balanced between both...etc

@djeq721, I believe it is for safety. Although the acrobatics and glamorous weapon sparring of kuk sool demonstrates remarkable control and skill, the participants, no matter how high a level, must pay careful attention to landing/throwing etc. with caution.
You're really good!! I wish I could have gotten to know kuk sool won at an earlier age, but I'm thinking about joining the kuk sool won school nearby and I'm almost 20 XD anyways great job, I enjoyed watching :)
