I think I have a little better understanding of music theory but technically were at the same level. @Gamagachee there is really no specific way to play it. page played it in drop d, and the intro is a triple d octave basically, then a g octave when plant starts to sing (im putting up my cover of it soon, and i will be playing more than just the octaves lol!)

i can't see the picking is the problem. if he could just slow it down a bit i could get it.

i mean, the intro is easy. i found to drop the E a bit to get that perfect, but tahts all i know at this point

I'll help you out: Tune your guitar to Open G (DGDGBD). Figuring out the finguring and picking should now be a whole lot easier.

TIP: Concentrate on the bass notes, and melody 1 at a time. Then once you know how to do them separately, figure out how to play them both at the same time.
