Also, I bought something off ebay that looks like the light from a tanning bed that helps whiten your teeth even brighter. Look up whitening and you will see what I am talking about. It fits in your mouth and lights up, it is actually a kit. I bought the kit though an use my whitestrips with the mouth piece.

Yes, it really does work. It will make your teeth sensitive, just get you some sensodyne for when you brush though. I lay in the tanning bed sometimes with my teeth shining as well and it works. I can promise they will be very white if you do this. I get compliments all the time that they practically glow they are so white. lol.

Make a paste with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide/water and let it sit on your teeth for a few minutes, then brush your teeth with it, and rinse well. I just did it for the first time and my teeth are so much whiter.

There's a scecial gel you can buy to help with tooth sensitivity. I use it when my teeth start getting sensitive. You brush it on spit it out, but don't rinse. The only thing is that you can't eat or drink for 30 minutes, so it's best used after you eat and brush.

K, first of all, if those are the crest whitening strips, it doesn't just work in 30 minutes. I'm using them too. They work great, but you have to do it for 30 minutes TWICE daily for two weeks. You don't get results in just one application. You're really not supposed to see a difference for at least five days.
