Why can you get more power out of a 1j? It has less displacement and the head DOES NOT flow better (it's been bench tested). I'm just curious because I'm a Supra and Cressida guy myself.

What ever, find the spec's of any stock 1JZGTE and you will find, it makes more torque than a RB26 in the R32 and R33 GTR Skyline so your talkin crack mate

you CAN get more power out a 1j than a 2j if you have the money.
2js are better (duh) but its possible.
i was ignorant before but i do know now..
by the way x73 a 1j has 276 horsepower bone stock..thats plenty enough to get sideways and stay there.
