Ugh... this is one of the WORST dubs ever as far as the voice acting goes. I didn't think it was possible to have a dub worse than the "Those Obnoxious Aliens" version of Urusei Yatsura, but this is MUCH worse. The original Japanese surely was much better. I know this TV special was a Tatsunoko production directed by Masakazu Higuchi, later the series director on Superbook and Flying House.

I notice Bunker Jenkins was involved with this... I assume the same Jenkins of "TranZor Z" infamy?

@aracha120889 I believe it's simply called "Daddy Long Legs". I'm glad that you like it, although unfortunately I believe that it's only available on this videotape and it wasn't released on an album or anything.
