@ultimatechucknorris Sir, you really need to take a joke here. This is not a video "Touhou would be better with robots!" this is simply an animation with Touhou characters portrayed in the style of Macross (Macross 7 to be exact with a bit of Frontier at the end).

You act as if these videos are meant to tarnish the name of the Touhou franchise. They don't. They help advertise the series and allow people to show off their creative work.

Okay, no. If you're going to make an anime of Touhou, stick to TOUHOU, not Macross. This is why ZUN doesn't want anime to be made with his characters, as LordVeldrin said.

@Esupanitix @LordVeldrin He doesn't want an anime because he wants to be able to keep control over the series. He only works on Touhou as a hobby and has a dayjob. He actually went and placed guide lines stating that Touhou cannot be commercially sold.

That and Touhou already has two separate fan animes. Memories of Phantasm (Now in its second episode) and Maikaze's Anime (Dead at the moment probably due to funding). There was also the Touhou X Anime Tenchou short.
