there are keyboards like that, but there's a much easier way:

if your computer already has the japanese fonts installed (if you can see them), then you can just go to the control panel and add "japanese keyboard"

then you just type phonetically on your normal keyboard, and it changes to japanese.

it's much easier, and i think that's how most people in japan do it.

if you need help on doing it, you can probably find a guide if you search google for it! :)
