the only way to be able to block myostatin without consuming any kind of external follistatin is to have viral therapy (yes, stay with me) , wich would alter your DNA , concretely the gene that encodes myostatin , wich ,unfortunately does not exist ,yet.If it was created , for most of us it would be nearly impossible to afford. that would basically make you ripped and huge , nearly for life , with almost no excersise or adequate nutrition
You need Follistatin in order to delete the myostatin. With this kind of chemical being produced, Myostatin cannot bind to the myoblasts that pick up SMAD1 and 2, which is in the biochemical pathway of Myostatin. This kid inherited the trait from a deletion in the gene that produces Myostatin.
i recently developed a myostatin deficiency so now i gain 5 pounds of muscle every week. its kind of good but i found that i get out of breath more easily when running and cant run as fast anymore and i really like running so thats the only down side to it for me
This video neglects to highlight the difference between myostatin inhibitors, and the child with the genetic abnormality. His genetic abnormality caused his skeletal muscular cells to deny the myostatin, thus allowing for far increased muscle mass. However the negative side effects are that due to his vastly faster metabolism, and lack of body fat nervous system development is impaired.
homozygous deleted whippets are useless, only heterozygous ones are valued. Myostatin blockers for humans are not ready yet. So whatever you see here is fake.
Myostatin inhibitors currently undergoing trial are truncated myostatin 350, antibodies against myostatin, using the latency associated peptide of myostatin precursor, and follistatin as inhibitors. Follistatin results in greater increase in muscle hypertrophy than any so called myostatin 'blockers'

Yeah myostatin inhibitors have so far failed as far as R&D go. I'm also pretty sure that the second last photo was fake....

True. The video (and article linked to in description) is ANTI-Myostatin Inhibitors because they are totally fake and don't work. DON'T BUY THEM.
