You need Follistatin in order to delete the myostatin. With this kind of chemical being produced, Myostatin cannot bind to the myoblasts that pick up SMAD1 and 2, which is in the biochemical pathway of Myostatin. This kid inherited the trait from a deletion in the gene that produces Myostatin.

i recently developed a myostatin deficiency so now i gain 5 pounds of muscle every week. its kind of good but i found that i get out of breath more easily when running and cant run as fast anymore and i really like running so thats the only down side to it for me

This video neglects to highlight the difference between myostatin inhibitors, and the child with the genetic abnormality. His genetic abnormality caused his skeletal muscular cells to deny the myostatin, thus allowing for far increased muscle mass. However the negative side effects are that due to his vastly faster metabolism, and lack of body fat nervous system development is impaired.
