this song is sych a masteropiece and i understand Kerry and Gary are now playing as thre freinds and i would travle very far to see them bless them ,,,,,
Damn I love this song. Fabulous melody and I love when it reaches that mighty crescendo with the organ joining in. Beautiful and majestic at the same time.

Probably-no,correction,Definately the greatest song about breaking up with someone who meant the world to you-Breathtaking sensitivity and talent-god,where does this kind of genius come from I wonder!!
It´s such a shame that this band, probably the best progressive act ever (I don´t think that Yes, ELP, or Camel, could swap instruments on stage without losing tempo, or ability in playing the complicated arrangements...) didn´t deserve more focus from the mass media, in those days.
GG at it's peak, which oversees so much of popular music of the last, say, 60 years. Thx for uploading, I can't help singing and humming and whistling along
great! i forgot how i loved this song...thanks for reminding me! tell me, is it possible to find some chords-tabs (or even piano lines) for this song? i surfed the net, but seems to be a quest! :(
There, memories are sorrow... when there's not tomorrow.

Now it seems they´ve become more popular via internet, 30 years too late. They were prog even for a prog band standards!!
And this is maybe their most beautiful, haunting song.
The beauty of music on the edge...

A real gentle song of Gentle Giant,
my favourite ballad of this great band,
unfortunately not presented by a "real" video
on YouTube, otherwise it surely would rise
into my list of favourites.
Thank you nevertheless for uploading it!

so pretty considering their other sounds (which are good too).

I would recommend "Funny ways" to you,
a song much more "gentle" than many others
(nevertheless excellent to awesome) songs of GG.
My favourite GG song about all, however,
is "The Boys In the Band", unfortunately
not represented by an original video,
just like it is with this song here.
