Well done. A Bagpiper played ar my Dad's funeral and it was heartbreaking to hear.followed by taps....Now my son has come home safely from Afghansitan and 4 of his friends did not. The price is so steep and I worry that so few Americans have skin in this.
This makes me cry every time I hear it. My grandfather fought in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. My father lost his life in Vietnam in 1969. I was only four, but I remember the TAPS and I remember the bagpipes playing Amazing Grace. It was the first time I had ever heard a bagpipe, but with the unique sound, it is one you will always remember. Papaw passed away in 1994 due to throat cancer that some say may have been caused by agent orange exposure. May God bless our soldiers and keep them safe.

They will never be forgotten, from The American Revolution to now, we will always remember who fought for our freedom. It's impossible to forget the lives lost. The first time i ever cried was when i thoroughly thought about someone being dead, lifeless limbs, thoughtless mind and a pride filled heart... if Pride and Honor kept the heart beating Marines would be immortal.

Well done. A Bagpiper played ar my Dad's funeral and it was heartbreaking to hear.followed by taps....Now my son has come home safely from Afghansitan and 4 of his friends did not. The price is so steep and I worry that so few Americans have skin in this.

This makes me cry every time I hear it. My grandfather fought in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. My father lost his life in Vietnam in 1969. I was only four, but I remember the TAPS and I remember the bagpipes playing Amazing Grace. It was the first time I had ever heard a bagpipe, but with the unique sound, it is one you will always remember. Papaw passed away in 1994 due to throat cancer that some say may have been caused by agent orange exposure. May God bless our soldiers and keep them safe.

Veterans for peace! Never forget the horrors of war, and pass it along to the younger generation so they don't have to see what you saw in anyway shape or form. This reminds me of Corporal Peterson's memorial in 69. I'm welling up. I miss all of you guys no longer with me. I'm keeping your memory alive Walter by making sure your little grandson doesn't have to meet your fate. He can live to see his grandson like you never could. Rest in peace my friend.

i want to cry. that day on 9/11 is the worlds toughfest(sp?) in history. i was alive when this happened. that whole week i though all men would have to grab the guns and start to help the soilder fight in are home turf. i playede this also on my trumpet at my uncles mermoeral after he cummited suiside. i love this song i will never forget it
